Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi and drive to the Mount Kenya National Park. Rest and acclimatize.
Day 2: Begin the Sirimon Route climb. Hike to Old Moses Camp (10,000 feet) and spend the night there.
Day 3: Hike to Shipton’s Camp (13,800 feet) and spend the night there.
Day 4: Acclimatization day at Shipton’s Camp.
Day 5: Hike to the summit of Point Lenana (16,355 feet) and then descend to Mackinder’s Camp (14,000 feet) to spend the night.
Day 6: Descend to the park gate and then drive back to Nairobi.
