Note: It’s important to remember that climbing these mountains requires physical fitness and acclimatization to high altitudes. It’s recommended to spend a few days in Nairobi or Moshi prior to beginning the climb to allow for acclimatization. It’s also important to use the services of a reputable guide or tour operator, like Twinspot Tours and Travel, to ensure a safe and successful climb.

Day 1: 

Arrive in Nairobi and drive to the Mount Kenya National Park. Rest and acclimatize.

Day 2: 

Begin the Sirimon Route climb. Hike to Old Moses Camp (10,000 feet) and spend the night there.

Day 3: 

Hike to Shipton’s Camp (13,800 feet) and spend the night there.

Day 4: 

Acclimatization day at Shipton’s Camp.

Day 5: 

Hike to the summit of Point Lenana (16,355 feet) and then descend to Mackinder’s Camp (14,000 feet) to spend the night.

Day 6: 

Descend to the park gate and then drive back to Nairobi.
