A 50 % deposit is required 4 weeks before intended departure at the time of booking with the balance to be settled 14 days prior to the Safari. If a reservation is made within 14 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Alteration of Tour (force majeure)
The expression “force majeure” means any event which Twinspot Tours & Travel in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care. Such events may include flight cancellation, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside Twinspot Tours & Travel’s control. In these circumstances the company shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where the company is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of Twinspot Tours & Travel contractual obligations is prevented or affected. On rare instances such events force us to make major changes that could cause the itinerary and/or price to change substantially. Should this happen, we will contact you and explain exactly what has happened and what changes are necessary. You may choose to cancel your tour, and we will attempt to refund as much as the tour fee as possible, but we cannot guarantee a full refund. If you choose to continue with the tour, then you may pay any additional costs incurred by the change in itinerary.
Cancellation
There is 50% of cancellation fee within 14-21 days and 100% cancellation fee within 48 hours to the commencement of the safari. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any money paid.
Tour Cost
The costs quoted are inclusive of all transportation as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, permits where applicable and driver’s allowances.(airlines, hotels, etc.) are all ready to accept the transfer.
