A 50 % deposit is required 4 weeks before intended departure at the time of booking with the balance to be settled 14 days prior to the Safari. If a reservation is made within 14 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Alteration of Tour (force majeure)

The expression “force majeure” means any event which Twinspot Tours & Travel in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care. Such events may include flight cancellation, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside Twinspot Tours & Travel’s control.  In these circumstances the company shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where the company is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of Twinspot Tours & Travel contractual obligations is prevented or affected.  On rare instances such events force us to make major changes that could cause the itinerary and/or price to change substantially. Should this happen, we will contact you and explain exactly what has happened and what changes are necessary. You may choose to cancel your tour, and we will attempt to refund as much as the tour fee as possible, but we cannot guarantee a full refund. If you choose to continue with the tour, then you may pay any additional costs incurred by the change in itinerary.


There is 50% of cancellation fee within 14-21 days and 100% cancellation fee within 48 hours to the commencement of the safari. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any money paid.

Transfer of booking​

In the event you are unable to travel due to extraordinary circumstances, we may transfer your booking to another party provided the arrangements remain the same and if the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) are all ready to accept the transfer.

Mode of Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and Sterling Pounds. You may pay by cash, cheque or bank money transfer to Twinspot Travel & Tours. Foreign Currency cheques and payment by credit card may be accepted subject to bank charges with prevailing rates based on local currency. Cheques and TC’s may incur Managers Discretion service charge.

Travel Insurance

It is essential each member of your party has adequate and comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation or curtailment, as well as medical expenses, emergency travel, personal accident, personal baggage and money loss. This should be arranged at the time of confirmation and deposit payment to cover you for cancellation from the time of booking. Please note that it is your responsibility to take out insurance, with the cost for your account, and that Twinspot Tours & Travel cannot be liable in any way whatsoever should you fail to do so. We request that you provide us with your insurance provider’s name, together with the policy number and the insurance company’s emergency contact telephone number in case of any emergency whilst you are traveling.

Tour Cost

The costs quoted are inclusive of all transportation as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, permits where applicable and driver’s allowances.(airlines, hotels, etc.) are all ready to accept the transfer.


All bookings are accepted on the specific conditions that of Twinspot Tours & Travel. Our guides act as representatives of Twinspot Tours & Travel in all matters related to hotel / lodge accommodations, tour, transport etc. but are not liable for injury, delay, loss or damage of equipment in any manner whatsoever. Twinspot Tours & Travel liability to clients carried in our vehicle is governed by the respective laws of the country.


If the client has a complain/refund query about any aspect of his/her holiday it should be reported immediately to Twinspot Tours & Travel. There will be no refund on unutilized services.

Special Requests

Any special requests(e.g. for single rooms or particular diet) must be notified in writing when the booking is made.  Whilst the company will endeavor to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and any failure to comply will not be a breach of contract.
